Refunds:

Workshop registrations are non-refundable. Please double-check your schedule before signing up to ensure you are available on all dates the class meets.

Sick/Emergency Policy: 

If you need to miss a single class in a multi-day workshop due to illness or another emergency, please email us before your class at hello@slowfashion.academy so that we can notify your instructor. Single classes cannot be made up at a later date; however, we will do our best to catch you up during the next class. 

For weekend intensives and single-day workshops, you may defer your registration to the following cohort for a 50% change fee. You may only defer registration ONE time, and you must provide notice via email to hello@slowfashion.acadedmy at least 24 hours BEFORE your class meets. Please do not reach out to us on Instagram or other channels, as we need a written, searchable record of your request. No-shows are not eligible to defer. 

Enrollment Minimums:

Most workshops have minimum enrollment policies.

If a workshop is under-enrolled two weeks before the workshop begins, we reserve the right to cancel the course and offer registrants the option to defer registration to the next course date or receive a full refund.

Workshop Cancellations:

In the event that we must cancel a scheduled workshop due to circumstances beyond our control, an alternative date will be chosen and all participants will be notified via email with as much advance notice as possible. All registrants will receive the option to defer registration to the alternative date, or receive a refund.

***If you plan on traveling to Philadelphia from out of town for a workshop, it is strongly encouraged that you make sure all bookings are refundable or have the option to be rescheduled.
