Private Group Events

Looking for a fun activity to do with a group? Our studio can accommodate small private group sewing events for 4-15 participants.

• Bachelor/Bachelorette Party
• Baby Shower
• Celebration of Life/Memorial
• Employee/Staff Bonding

We will provide expert instruction and a customized beginner-friendly sewing project for your group. We welcome mixed-age groups with children ages 6 and up in the company of adults (no kids-only events). 

Pricing for small group events ranges from $300-$600, depending on the number of people, total hours, and complexity of the project.

Private Group Event Policies

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event fee is required when you reserve a date and time for your group event. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your event, before your scheduled event start time.

Reschedule Policy:

If you need to reschedule or postpone your group event due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please send an email to events@slowfashion.academy at least 48 hours BEFORE your scheduled event start time. An event may only be rescheduled/postponed once. Last-minute cancellations are not eligible to be rescheduled.

Late and No-Show Policy:

If your group does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled event start time, your event will be considered canceled. Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible to reschedule or receive a refund.
